Church 242

Church 242 is a community outreach that allows us to go where the need is greatest. Collaborating with three other churches we have met every Sunday night starting in January 2026. Through Church 242, Matthew’s Table was able to get back to our roots on the west end of the city where we started meeting in 2017. The neighborhood friends we’re able to minister to here are at a place in life where there is little hope, many are displaced and many are still in “the madness”, but all of them need to know Christ and the new life that only He can bring. Church 242 takes its name from Acts 2:42, the simple biblical outline that started the church in Jerusalem.
